Where to park

We have a limited number of parking spaces at the donor centre.

If spaces are full, you can park for free for 90 minutes at:

Freespace Skate Park
Chestnut Avenue
Chandler's Ford
Eastleigh
SO53 3LD

Accessibility

The donor centre is fully wheelchair accessible with street level access. Please press the call button on the intercom next to the revolving door to be granted access through automatic doors.

Fully accessible toilets are available on-site.

Travelling to the donor centre

The donor centre is located inside Concept House.

If you are travelling by:

bus: the nearest stops are Falkland Road and Robin Square, which are a short walk from the donor centre.
train: the nearest station is Eastleigh, about a 15 minute bus journey away.
bicycle: there is no bike storage at the centre.
car: there are a limited number of parking spaces at the donor centre. If spaces are full, you can park at Freespace Skatepark free for 90 minutes, which is a 1 minute walk from the donor centre.

Southampton Central is a 45 minute bus journey from the donor centre. The 2 best routes are:

Walk 12 minutes to bus stop Above Bar (Stop AC) and take bus 1 (Winchester) to Asda Superstore then a 12 minute walk along Chestnut Avenue and onto Stone Croft Rise to Concept House.
At Stop SF, take bus U6H (General Hospital) to Spring Crescent and then take bus 2 (Fair Oak) to Robin Square and walk for 10 minutes along Chestnut Avenue and onto Stone Croft Rise.

By car, from M3

On the M3 travelling towards London, The Midlands, Winchester take the A335 exit towards Eastleigh Chandler's Ford
Turn left onto Leigh Road
Turn left onto Falkland Road
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Stoney Croft Rise
The donor centre will be on your right, inside Concept House

There is free parking for donors at the Freespace Skatepark, a 1 minute walk from the donor centre.

The donor centre will be open on weekdays, evenings and weekends, as follows:

Monday - 10:45am to 7:50pm
Tuesday - 7:45am to 4:50pm
Wednesday - 7:45am to 4:50pm
Thursday - 10:45am to 7:50pm
Friday - 7:45am to 4:50pm
Saturday - 7:45am to 4:50pm
Sunday - closed
